  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and holidays. For large-scale events or corporate installations, 4–6 weeks is ideal to allow time for custom design and planning.

    If you already have your party date and location and know you want balloons, go ahead and fill out our inquiry form and submit your deposit to lock in your spot on our calendar—we’d love to celebrate with you!

     

  • We offer both delivery + installation and pick-up options, depending on the size and complexity of your order. Larger balloon installations and corporate events typically require on-site setup to ensure everything looks flawless.

     

  • It depends on the type of balloons and where they are displayed! Indoor balloon installations can last several days to weeks, while outdoor displays are more sensitive to heat, wind, and direct sunlight. We use high-quality materials and techniques to maximize longevity.

     

  • Absolutely! We specialize in custom balloon décor and can create a design that complements your color palette, theme, or brand. While we strive for a perfect match every time, some shades may not have an exact balloon equivalent—but don’t worry! We’ll use our expertise in color selection and styling to get as close as possible to your vision. Whether you have a Pinterest board full of inspiration or need guidance, we’ll bring your dream event to life.

  • Garland installs and custom designs range from $350–$1,500+. Pricing varies based on the size, style, and complexity of the design. Grab 'n Go garlands start at $100 and are perfect for easy pickup and DIY setup. Custom installations and corporate designs typically range from $600–$1,200+, depending on the scale and details of the project. Contact us for a personalized quote—we’ll work with you to create a design that fits your vision and budget!

  • After your event has ended, tear down is the responsibility of the client. We do offer tear down services for an additional fee if that is something you are interested in doing. Please mention tear down services when inquiring.
