• Bliss Balloon Co. is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the misuse or mishandling of our balloon decor by the client, guests, venue staff, or third parties.

• Latex balloons can pose allergy risks. Individuals with latex allergies should avoid contact with latex balloons.

• Helium inhalation is dangerous and can lead to injury or death.

• Outdoor weather conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight can affect the lifespan and performance of balloons. Bliss Balloon Co. is not responsible for balloons once delivered or installed.

• Clients picking up balloons assume responsibility for their safe transportation.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Setup

• Bliss Balloon Co. provides balloon decor services within a designated service area. Delivery fees may apply.

• Once balloons are delivered or installed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for popped or damaged balloons post-delivery.

• Certain adhesives or weights used in installations may cause minor damage to walls, ceilings, or furniture. Bliss Balloon Co. is not responsible for such damage.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

• If an order is canceled before delivery or setup, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Bliss Balloon Co. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
